Is A064554 multiplicative?

a(11*13) = a(143) = 821, but a(11) = 29, a(13) = 37, and a(11)*a(13) =
1073, and n = 143 is the smallest counter example.

unfortunately somehow did not make it into the comments that were sent
in at that time. it has been resent)
