Actually. and indeed, and forsooth, the Erdos page shows that Neil has 
written papers with the following:

        BURR, STEFAN ANDRUS
	CONWAY, JOHN HORTON
	FISHBURN, PETER C.
	GRAHAM, RONALD L.
	GRUNBAUM, BRANKO
	GUY, RICHARD K.
	ODLYZKO, ANDREW M.
	VAN LINT, JACOBUS HENDRICUS

eac of whom has a paper with Erdos.
So he certainly has Number 2 in at least 8 ways!
