Nope, not that that says anything.

I just submitted the additional crossrefs to that sequence:

   %Y A042977 1st column A000169, main diagonal A000142, 1st subdiagonal
A052582

where the recurrences for the two diagonals look compelling together; 
however, the 79 doesn't fit any easy patterns for me. superseeker wasn't 
forthcoming.
