From the comment in A038093, I would say it's > 2^2^2^65536. That definitely leaves the other proposed candidates behind.

I can do better than that one with A038087.
I never figured out how many terms are in it, but the sum of the terms is
2^2^2^2^65536
A038084 has 3,211,265 terms.
A038085 has too many terms to write out the value.
A038086 and A038087 each go up from there.
