finding if first number

A093634 starts with 911.  It is the only one.

There probably should be a way to find that out
using the web pages.  I am thinking about a 
"sequence data" sort order.  Then you could do
the 911 search, set "sequence data" sorting, and
then browse to where sequences beginning with
911 should be.
