New "listen" button

Thanks once again to Russ Cox's work, there is a great new
feature: next to the "list" and "graph" buttons there is now
a "listen" button.  

This sets up a direct connection with Jonathan Middleton's
Musical Algorithms site, and starts up a midi file without
you having to do anything.  [It is like the "Listen" page
which is still at the foot of each lookup page, but this bypasses 
having to click each of the little boxes]


The first time you run it you will probably have
to tell your browser (e.g. firefox) to accept
pop-up windows from www.att.com/something
