Recent sequences lacking keyword "base"

As I have mentioned before, there are hundreds, perhaps thousands,
of sequences that should have the "base" keyword and do not.  For
example, a search on "palindrome -keyword:base" produces 272
matches.  All but a handful of these should have the "base" keyword.
