Shouldn't this sequence have the base keyword?

In binary, for example, the sequence of number of n-digit prime
quadruplets would begin with offset 7 and go something like 1, 1, 0,
1, 2, 3, 1, 5, 7, 5, 15, 19, 8 (this is a quick and dirty estimate
assuming all members of any given prime quadruplet have the same
number of digits -- something that might be true in binary and decimal
but perhaps not other bases).
