    Well, A068314 is easy. (%N: Smallest integer that can be expressed
    as the sum of consecutive odd numbers in exactly n ways.)
    A sum of consecutive odd numbers is a difference of two squares,
    and thus a factorization into odd*odd or even*even.
    For f(x) = the number of factors of x,
    - an odd number x has ceil(f(x)/2) representations;
    - a singly-even number has none;
    - 4*x has ceil(f(x)/2) representations.

    So a(n) is the smallest odd number with 2n-1 or 2n factors,
    or four times the smallest number with 2n-1 or 2n factors.
