Me: Exactly! 
But not seldom this is not the case -
and I don't know who/what'd be blamed.
Some my sequences happened to be duplicate (and dead!)
after some time and mostly by myself.

Apparently look-up is not stable(?!) - 
sorry for such brave assumption, 
but have anyone else encountered with such cases?
