I think it would be better to just change the name to something like
"Primes p such that floor(p/10) has all even digits" or "Primes p such
that all but the units digit are even" ... but wait, this last
statement is equivalent to the given definition.  2,3,5,7 are examples
of numbers that vacuously satisfy the given definition.  So I disagree
with Zak -- I think the definition is OK as it is, and those four
terms belong.
