done:
  iMoebiusMu[ n_ ] := Switch[ MoebiusMu[ n ], 1, 1, -1, -1, 0, If[ OddQ[
Plus@@ (DigitCount[ Last[ Transpose[ FactorInteger[ n ] ] ], 2, 1 ]) ], -1,
1 ] ];
q=Select[Range[20000],iMoebiusMu[#]===-1&];

this exactly reproduces the b-file of A000028.

Could anyone please send me the text of A000028 as it was before september
2001?
I vaguely remember it just said "a two-way classification of the integers" +
reference
but without further details.

Wouter.
