Recommendations for A000028 and A000379

Now that we have determined when A000028 changed definition,
I can improve no my recommended comment to A000028/A026416:

%C A000028 In 9/2001, the definition of A000028 was changed so
that it differed from the published sequences N0187 and M0520.
In 12/2007, the error was discovered and A000028 restored to
its original definition. The erroneous definition of A000028
was essentially the same as that of A026416.
