OEIS autoreply problem or Yahoo problem?

Dear Neil and seqfans,

I'm sorry I disturbed you. It is now clear that the problem is Yahoo,
probably server-side. In Yahoo, on either my Win-98 or Linux box, I
can see in the "sent" files any emails that I sent to myself or anyone
else from Yahoo, but never see them in the in-box in the past roughly
24 hours. Slashdot has reported, a few months ago, about this
happening to Yahoo and to EarthLink.

I would not have mentioned this on seqfans, but for the
cooling-related proiblems that you mentioned, and the earlier off-line
times that I noted. My systems are smaller and flakier than yours. My
Linux box sometimes fails to properly download PDFs, and currently
does something very wrong with Java applications, making Alpertron
unavailable to me on it.

This bottleneck will diminish my submissions, which many would
consider a net gain.

Thanks also to Joshua Zucker, thanks to whom I now know that
a(n) = floor((3^n-1)/(2^n-1)) is prime for
n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 21, 22, 98, ...
and semiprime for n = 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 28, 31, 32,
33, 35, 48, 58, 63, 65, 83, 88, 89, 95, 100.

Thank you again for your time and attention,

Best,

Jonathan Vos Post
