Dear Neil,
You don't understand me.
"Not robust": is OK for me for A126603
I told that is another new sequence opposite to these robust A125587 when  
all submatrices for i=1 to n-1 are singular but matrix n x n isn't these  
sequence is 0, 2, 40, 584, ...
