I'd asked the question, and calculated the first few, and discussed a
multidimensional array of which this is a diagonal, but your extensive
calculations make it appear to me that, when this sequence is
submitted, it should have your name if first author and my name as
second author. Your longer table as below would be a b-list.

Is that satisfactory?
