I glanced at
http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/A109814

and I am pretty sure that the offset should be /1,3/
instead of /0,3/.

1 = 1       ---> a(1) = 1
2 = 2       ---> a(2) = 1
3 = 1+2     ---> a(3) = 2
4 = 4       ---> a(4) = 1
5 = 2+3     ---> a(5) = 2
6 = 1+2+3   ---> a(6) = 3

This fits pretty well the sequence 1, 1, 2, 1, 2, 3, ...
and a(10) = 4 is a good next test: 10 = 1+2+3+4 has 4
summands.

I hate sequences without examples. Not being a native speaker
of English I would be pleased if someone else would be so
kind as to

1. correct the offset
and
2. provide an example
