I submitted A137607.
I got it when I studied about A096259 "GO sequence".
Still it is not well edited.
It becomes sometimes a permutation of numbers 1 to a(1).
I wonder what condition of a(1) makes it a permutation.
If anyone understand the behavior of this sequence then tell me about it.
