A089220: Missed and more terms(?)

Inspection of A136431 and A137176 reveals the following -- but this is
an incomplete list, not yet ready for OEIS. Would anyone like to
correct and/or code and/or extend?

Numbers which are nontrivially both hyperfibonacci and hyperlucas.
Nontrivial meaning that each A(k,n) has n>2. What is the best way to
present this in OEIS?

4 = F(3)^{1} = L(3)^{0}
7 = F(4)^{1} = L(4)^{0}
8 = F(5)^{0} = L(3)^{1}
11 = F(3)^{3} = L(5)^{0}
13 = F(6)^{0} = L(3)^{2}
26 = F(5)^{2} = L(5)^{1}
34 = F(8)^{0} = L(3)^{5}
54 = F(8)^{1} = L(5)^{2}

This is modulo Peter Pein's correction of the hyperfibonacci error in
the example-table (but not in the antidiagonals of the seq as such).
For k=0 it reads:0,1,1,3,5... but it should read 0,1,1,*2*,3,5...
