Richard Mathar draw my attention to the fact that I might have
oversimplified something in the problem
(as is written in the paper, middle coefficients (i.e. those of x^n and not
of x as I wrote)
are generated by  (1-bx=B2)/(1-ax+bx=B2) and not as I wrote by 1/(1-ax+bx=
=B2)).
What is even more embarassing, I forgot to mention Tanya's page

which already provides an index similar to what I spoke of
(not concentrating on factorable trinomials, though).

To have you forgive me, I provide a similar index, namely to sequences
