If I remember correctly, submitC recombines and arranges line legths
of %S,T,U (as well as other fields).

In any case I think it should not be sent in full length to the whole list.
A link to a file or post on a (free) blog or wiki would be preferable
and not much more work for the author.
(I just created o-e-i-s.blog.fr in about 3 minutes... but
oeis.pbwiki.com might be more adequate for posting contributions.)
