suggestion for "submitting comment" -machinery

Let me suggest to have a form for comments that includes
only the comment field (instead of all that stuff where
you only have to remove the dummy entries anyway).

If we offer a button near the end of all seqs under URLs as in
http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/A080337
a captcha to prevent spam might be needed (not at all sure as
you gotta provide name and email still).
