+/0/- : Signs of Differences In EIS Stats -- A Guess

Okay, I guess that the second most common sign
sequence is a 0 followed by all +s.
The third most common is two 0s followed by all
+s.
Etc.

I think the string of solid -s would be ranked in
there somewhere too.

How many sequences in the EIS are made up of only
one value? (All 0s.)
