Somthing wrong with ONEIS

e.g. If I was submitted one sequence and I'm back to form by arrows  
preview or submit doesn't work

If I was fill all submitting form and I want received A number, after 
receiving is trap
program suggest back to submission form if you push this trap button 
form will be clear and you have to start again
