I personally like that first suggestion. It lets us know that people
are talking about a particular sequence but that neither Neil Sloane
or his helpers have had a chance to review the comment. I still agree
that a wiki model is not good for the OEIS. Wikipedia relies so much
on the OEIS for its articles on mathematical topics that it is in
Wikipedia's best interest that the OEIS maintain some delay for review
of new material.
