[seqfan] the two email lookup servers

Dear Seqfans,

the two email servers (sequences at research.att.com 
and superseeker at research.att.com) are now running 
on a new machine.  (Send an empty email to get
the help files.) 

Please let me know if you notice any problems.

They should both run a lot faster now.
Superseeker also has a new test, and soon will have more.

Thanks to Dave Applegate for a huge amount of help
in moving these programs to the new machine.
