There is a comment on A051038 and A084347:

%C A084347 Superset of A051038. The first numbers in this sequence but
not in A051038 are 111,

A033637 does not 111 either, so it's different from A084347.
On the other hand, A033637 contains 101 that is missing in A051038.

Therefore, all these three sequences are distinct.
