I think the second line of the description for A026400 should read:

the k-th n takes the l.u.p. more than k(n-1)-1 places past the place of the first n. 

or equivalently,

the k-th n takes the l.u.p. at least k(n-1) places past the place of the first n. 

I can duplicate the sequence using this modified definition.
