hi,

has someone investigated what oeis sequences define a curve?

i.e. [ f[2n], f[2n+1] ] or [ f[n],f[n+1] ] or [ f[n]/f[n-1], f[1+n]/f[n]
] or some other combination lie on a curve?

i did a fast experiment (linear algebra with overdetermined system) and
got mainly genus 0 curves, as expected higher genus were either a
blatant program's lie or the sequence had small set of distinct values
(not counting the cheating combination for EDS).

possibly this approach can show finiteness of squares in a sequence (via
increasing the genus).
