[seqfan] A000207: Maple-Program wrong

I became interested in sequence A000207 after I
had computed the number of polynomioes consisting
of n triangles, getting 1,1,1,3,4,12,27,82,228.

The Maple program provided with A000207 does not
work. It's not only the missing cases n=0,1,2 in
the recursive program, as I tried to fix that,
but without success.
