On email addresses- I like what I've read so far by other posters. A few
months ago I thought of one simple approach to hold off the bots (well,
presumably at least for a little while) which would consist of replacing
the (AT) sign in each case with the name of the sequence itself.

So, for example
Author:
Creighton Dement (creighton.k.dement(AT)uni-oldenburg.de), Jun 12 2005

would be replaced with the name of the sequence:

Creighton Dement (creighton.k.dement(A108618)uni-oldenburg.de), Jun 12 2005

or some varation of this idea.
