AFAICS sequence http://oeis.org/classic/A160242 is
%N A160242 a(n)=1 if n is a square, a(n)=2 else.
and should have a(0)=1 pre-pended.
Even if the relation with the B-polynomials is clarified in a way that
enables to judge whether it is correct or not, this should not be the
definition, but a comment ;
and it should be added that the row lengths are 2r+1
(starting with row r=0 : 1 ; r=1 : 1,2,2 ; r=2 : 1,2,2,2,2 ; etc)

PS: I somehow feel uneasy writing to the whole list, but the message
had no information in it enabling me to know who is concerned. (I did
not find an earlier occurrence of "Boubaker sequences" in my mailbox.)

I would appreciate very much if ongoing discussions on a particular
subject (Boubaker poly. ; Florentinos(?) ; Deleting unworthy sequences
; ...) could be moved to a separate "channel" which interested people
can join without bothering the whole list.
(If there's no better one, a possibility would be the discussion board
of the OEIS group on facebook.)
Once such a discussion among specialists has reached a noteworthy
result or consensus, the list could again be informed about.
