I assume you retrieve the raw database files(?)

I rather meant things like:

- some computer algebra system includes a
  lookup feature that uses the server
  (instead of working on a local copy).

- unauthorized mirroring of all web pages,
  i.e. copying all pages
  http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/A*

Both especially when for commercial products/purposes
and without explicit permission.
