Yes, you can use the second box, "Pi function" at
http://primes.utm.edu/nthprime/

If you get PARI/GP from http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/download.html
you can use the "primepi" function as well.

But your prime number 147787 has rank 13661, so it is in line 13661 of
the b-file, in the row "13661 147787"
