What about :
1) sowing the same way square numbers instead of nonnegative
   integers? ("squares in squares")
2) prime numbers?
3) Fibos?
...
a) could we spiral around a pentagon, an hexagon, etc. (instead
   of a square)?
b) what about sowing triangular numbers around a triangle?
