Usually my remarks to subscribers abusing
the list purposes are made off-list, but here I
feel necessary to intervene publicly.

This is not a proper comment. You are not
supposed to make ad hominem attacks and
no one has any right here to comment as if
it was speaking for the whole list, especially
for this kind of message. I expect you
to have a private and friendly conversation
with Joerg (it is also helpful to respect someone's
first name spelling).

Moreover the only tone accepted here is polite, scholarly,
helpful, and as correctly phrased as possible
(allowing for various levels of proficiency in english).

Also, don't over-interpret the list's name. It is fans, in
a passionate and friendly way, not fanatics in the
tragic, uncontrolled and dogmatic way.

Please do not reply to or comment this message on the list.
