Neil,
Have managed to contact Paul Raff.
He is sending corrections. He also has
40 terms, which I think you'd like. It
is almost certainly a divisibility sequence
(this may follow from its combinatorial
origin, without need for an algebraic
proof). It's immediately apparent that
the prime 5 has at least four ranks of
apparition (2, 3, 5, 13) and I hope to find
an example with five. R.
