I am not certain, but I believe the entry is correct.  Did you look
at Washington?  The first term is for n=1, so the offset is 1.

I see there was a followup to Tanya's email, but I seem to
have lost it - it came from M F Hasler, but I no longer have it
- maybe you are Maximilian could send it to me again?
