There were indeed typos in two of the values that I entered,
caused by line breaks in JT's message.

David Applegate and I rechecked the terms up to a(17) and our
values agree with Richards (and not with Bob's, even allowing
for a shift of 1 in the way we do the counting)

I've done some preliminary edits of 2 of those
5 sequences and will do more later.
