It seems a bit artificial to me!   But there are many
possibilities for related sequences that are not in the OEIS.
Let sp(n) = Sum of primes <=n

What about  sp(n)*pi(n) ?   Sum_{d|n} sp(d) ?  BINOMIAL or 
BINOMIALI (= inverse binomial) transforms of sp(n) ? etc

incidentally sp(n) is A034387, pi(n) is A000720
