Generally, there are many expressions of the form n = a^2 k^2 + b k + c 
which determine the continued fraction for n in a regular pattern.  
Without actually taking the time to work it out, the coincidence of 
values makes it certain that the expression 2025*n^2+n in A156856 is 
one such, and thus A156856 is a subset of A031768.

It is nearly certain that A031768 does contain terms not in A156856, 
although I have no idea how big the first one might be.
