[seqfan] Q: what does A094762 count?

I have massive problems understanding A094762, "frequence of
occurrence of A0947619(n)," starting 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

As far as I can see (and can easily verify up to n=100), each term of
A094761(n) occurs once in A094761(n). There are numbers like 2,7,14,23,34
which never appear in A094761 (probably those of A008865). So in this sense
A094762 should start with at roughly 90 one's at least. To what is the
transition from 1 to 2 near A0947619(11) related? How far does A094760
(or A083956) come into play?
