A139123 appears to be correct (Successive sequences whose numbers and
their differences of increasing rank include all numbers
(generalisation of A005228)). The condition in the sequence is for the
first k+1 differences, not just the sequence and the (k+1)st
difference. Thus, starting 1 2 immediately duplicates the value 1.
I do think maybe A139123 should have a zeroth row: 1 2 3 4 5 6 ...; but
that would be a pretty substantial change.

Philippe:
You say that the second row of the A139123 array is
1 3 7 15 28 47 74 110 156 213 282...
Why not this?
1 2 6 14 27 47 75 112 159 217 287 370 468 582 713
862 1030 1218 1427...
(end of quote)
I am sorry to report that Philippe Lallouet is rather ill, which
is probably why there has been no reply to this message.
Could someone therefore kindly edit A139123 ?
Thanks
Neil
