is equivalent to the formula

   A083710(n) = Sum_{d|n} p(d-1)

where p(i) = no. of partitions of i. 

Hence A083710 has g.f. Sum_{d>=1} p(d-1)*x^d/(1-x^d)

(which is not what Joerg conjectured, however).
