[seqfan] formula for A062204

Something is wrong with the formula for A062204.
It works correctly only for A062204(2) but not for higher values.
In particular, for A062204(3) the formula gives 211545240192 which is
different from the listed value 27684885930.

Does anybody know a correct formula for A062204 ?
Unfortunately, I don't even understand its definition while all listed
links are broken.
