[seqfan] Request to give G.F. for the sequence

Hi,
 I am stuck with the sequence given below. I am not able to find generating
function(G.F.) or any method to solve seq(n) in terms of n. So may I request
that if anyone can help me to find.  Sequence start from n=1 and so on.
