It is nearly certain that A160251 is an incorrect version of A003401 
(except for the initial terms), and likewise A160259 is an incorrect 
version of A004169.  I recommend deleting both.

I mailed the author a few days ago, but haven't heard back.
Can anybody interpret the cryptic descriptions in a way that would
explain why (e.g.) 28 is in A160251?
Does "number of angles" refer to something else than "number of
vertices" = "number of edges"?
However, since the complement (A160259) even mentions Gauss's theorem,
this sounds unlikely ...
