[seqfan] Fitting 10 million digits into 15kB

I just noted that the decription
"S. Plouffe, Plouffe's Inverter, The square root of 3 to 10 million 
digits <http://pi.lacim.uqam.ca/piDATA/sqrt3.txt>"
in A002194 is somewhat misleading, given that the file contains less 
than 16,000 characters including comments.
Since the file ends with a special signature this seems not to be a 
download problem at my side or the like.
(At least the 1 million digit link seems to keep its promise)
