Perhaps, since the first one is just a variant of A144151 (minus the
extra rows and cols), I should just add a comment to A144151, right?
And the third triangle is just a variant of A085452 that shows the
alternating zeros.

The only triangle that is not a variant of an existing entry is the
"orthoplex" one.
