[seqfan] why the wiki has been slow

Dear SeqFans,  The wiki has been very very slow to respond,
as you may have noticed.

That was because we have been uploading huge numbers of files
and doing a lot of work on it

Right now it is back to normal speed, which is pretty fast.

However, it will get slow again at various times
as we make improvements
